>>43316481Look up the design books for them, it's pretty clear that the focus of these designs is both simplicity and functionality, with deviations from that approach used to give personality and motifs to characters. I don't expect vtubers to be pro designers but there is a huge difference between the pros and 21 year old newbies who are doing quite well but clearly aren't masters yet.
