The dating scene's scary, but with a bit of help from a friend or a professional, and some confidence boosting self improvement, and maybe some good advice, you can manage it. Take some walks, get some fresh air, buy a new shirt or two, make small talk with a barkeep or a waiter, or a gym coach so the act of just talking to women doesn't seem so scary.
