>>57264042As this anon said, you'll need to use material editor in charastudio and pinpoint the specific textures (the ribbons, top, bottom, flowers, and hololive symbol?). You can get a decent effect if you put some time on it using
paint.net and spamming magic wands or using recoloring tricks. I took like 30 minutes to pick out the accessories for a decent effect (outfit swap of my image):
