Also, I think he just makes timestamps, not clips. I'm not sure though.For the occasional clip I make, I usually just download the full stream, then cut it down to where I want it. It takes a lot of space, but it works.
There are a couple of ways of downloading, I personally use Internet Download Manager, but that requires a bit of money or free trial spoofing. I think there are also websites that do it, you input the URL of the video and then download it there. And there is yt-dlp, but IDK how to set that up or use it. You can probably figure that out, though, I'm just being lazy.
