It was probably Kiara's fault. When her model glitches out, Coco says "We lost one again." and you can hear Gura when they're saying goodbye. Once Kiara disconnected, the auto-DDOS on Gura stopped and she was able to talk to Coco.
Or, you know, she's easily the "biggest" so management, or even Coco herself, wanted to give her a nod on passing over Oyabun in subs during what will likely be Hololive's largest stream for a while. Or, or, or. TL;DR Take your fucking meds.
