The absolute bullseyes they hit is absolutely astounding. Hell look at the synergy ID2 has with basically everyone just one example I'd be here all day listing every bullseye cover has had in terms of talent scouting. Cover might be incompetent in several areas but their talent scouting is crazy.
And before someone says "sex..." that girl is extraordinary and cover was on point they just had no way of knowing how bad her menhara since it's not like she is walking into the interview saying "I have severe trust issues and manic depression which I do nothing to manage and in fact make worse by bottling everything up and letting no one in."
