Rigging a chatbot to an anime model is easy enough, but what then? Simply leaving it to chat aka Neuro chill stream will get old eventually, not to mention lots of restrictions to not accidentally say anything fishy. Making it play games is a job on itself, you will probably need some people dedicated to just that. As we know with Neuro, you can't expect a chatbot to work well in a call with more than one person, so collabs with multiple people can be troublesome as well. I guess you can have it sing and dance, you don't even need any AI for that.
AI waifu as an idea is very cool, but current tech capabilities just aren't there yet. I'd say it's more likely for another lone programmer to make a new big AItuber as he will have no limits of content other than his own skill and nothing to lose if it goes south.
