When focusing on her V2 model, the way that Teru did it, he did not keep the puffyness of the cheeks when she turned her head, thus giving the image of a thinner head / face. This thinness also makes Neuro / Evil look older for V2 compared to V3, since chubby face is typically more seen in younger children / adults compared to when they are older (i.e. baby fat)
