After an eventful few weeks, I've had some time to update these charts, so let's get right to it:
>THE UPDATED, EDITORIALIZED "De-Botted" YEAR-TO-DATE EN TALLY
As a refresher of how this works:
>THERE IS NO PROVEN, 100% PERFECT WAY TO "DE-BOT" A TALLY
>The following is all to be taken with a grain of salt, as they are unofficial numbers, just meant to give a general idea of how the talents are doing
When faced with a botted stream, three methods were used to "de-bot" them:
>One: If there is a non-botted peak, default to that
>Two: If there is no non-botted peak (i.e. botted the entire stream and no other data could be used), defaulted to the minimum CCV for the tally (5,000)
>Three: If a Top-Hat bot is present, subtract the difference between the CCV when the bot starts to end and the CCV when the bot does end, then take that and subtract it from the peak CCV of the stream to arrive at the "de-botted CCV Peak"
And with that out of the way, I present my current Mote totals for the year as of December 7th, 2024:
>TOP MOTE HOLDER OF THE YEAR SO FAR: Fauna, with 353 Motes! Due to the current events you know of, her performance has skyrocketed. The trajectory is clear for her to be Top Mote Holder of the year now, in my estimation.
>Second place: Biboo, with 334 Motes! At a point, she was almost the #1 holder, but with how things are shaping up, I expect her to hold this position until the final year-end result. Ultimately, she's by far the second strongest girl of the year.
>Third place: FuwaMoco, with 241 Motes!
>Fourth place: Mumei, with 197 Motes! If she has time after the Finals week for her is done, then the odds are in her favor for breaking into the 200-Mote Club!
>Fifth place: IRyS, with 183 Motes!
>Sixth place: Mori, with 167 Motes!
>Seventh place: A TIE, with both Gura and Bae holding 143 Motes as of today!
>Eighth place: Nerissa, with 124 Motes!
>Ninth place: Ina, with 118 Motes!
>Tenth place: Cecilia, with 114 Motes!
>Eleventh place, and last of the 100-Club, is Dokibird, with 106 Motes!
The full list is in the picture included with the report. As an aside, I fixed an issue that caused a Gold winner from before to not be shown, as apparently my chart did not consider "Wilson" to be a valid name on the Vtuber listings I had set up. When I switched his name to "Yu," however, it recognized and allotted him the Motes he had won.
