Kiara had gone to Nenechi's house for it but used her own account and then Nenechi was messing with the account the next day trying to get it to work, not realizing it wasn't her own or why things were different. The different IP location and account activities flagged it.
Even after she logged out and back in again to "fix" it she didn't realize she had been on Kiara's account until her own chat told her during the steam.
