This is the most objective way of doing this something unless someone cared enough to autistically poll all the fics in the archive.
contest winners won a vote, so its only fair, and the others gained recognition enough to inspire similar works or shaped other fics
>dont deserve a spotdeleted fics or the jokes. We could make a section that goes "oh by the way these fics were deleted but you can get them in the hard archive" but even there i wouldnt put PL and ST since they are really not that referenced these days. The joke ran its course
