I'm sure there's a way to actually get a Ubuntu VM to initialize a Hyper-V DDA GPU without a kernel panic but I can't be arsed to figure it out. If I can figure out how to dual boot on the machine with an RX5700 in it without completely borking Windows' bootloader then I'll give it a shot with ROCm again.
