A song wouldn't need to be a big announcement (and when would Runa sing outside of a whole group anyway?).
They couldn't do a master plan for apex because Ema and Beni don't have what it takes. Likewise for valo, because Ema doesn't have the skill for it.
I could see something like Beni attempting to coach Ema and Runa as they rank together as a pair. Though Runa thinks she's capable of coaching ase level players based on yesterday's stream.
Runa could teach them splatoon. I have no idea about Ema, but Beni used to play spla2 back in the day.
A 3D event is possible. Beni talked about wanting to do a vspo band project inspired by some holo thing from last year. She also talked about wanting to do a karaoke thing, but that already happened without her.
Both Runa and Beni have held and are interested in viewer valo customs. I don't know how Ema would fit in there, but they could hold some kind of round robin tournament that way.
Or it could be some minor 企画 type stream like another quiz.
