>>99066673It's confusing in writing, but really you just fiddle with the polarity/frequency until both are 100%(You can see it in yellow text on the first panel.) Once the signal is downloaded, you save it, then you can put it on a drive and either send it off or use the panel on the opposite side to refine the signal and make it more clear. The more refined signal(Up to level 3) the more money it's worth. Spend money to upgrade your stuff/buy food/or whatever else you want while getting hash codes and making sure your transformers don't go down. That's the gameplay loop. Honestly, don't sweat the tutorial too much, you'll learn the mechanics from playing the game. Pretty comfy especially once you have enough cash to get a TV and a Kerfur or three to do your bitchwork for you.
