Here you have a JP market that is easy to satisfy, fiercely loyal, but with limited room for growth and you opt to dilute your cozy stable product with unnecessary expansion. Then on the other side you have a western audience that is incredibly fickle and quickly bored but with huge market potential and you currently own the lions share of it, and what do you do?
