Also double checking my own work here, I should have included Vei in the bottom list as well (51.3). I don't think I need to keep beating that dead horse, we all know what happened with her at this point.
It's worth mentioning that Filian is a bit of an exception to the rule when it comes to hours streamed: Because a lot of her time and effort is focused on Tik Tok/youtube shorts, she's able to scale back on the amount that you need to stream at her size to maintain the audience and she's very good at attempting to have something that feels like you have to watch it a few times a week. Fil is a very clever girl when it comes to marketing herself and perhaps some of the bigger name vtubers with lagging viewership should consider taking some cues from her on that front.
