VShojo was never like Hololive or Nijisanji which have an incredibly large Japanese fanbase you can tap into if you learn the language, in fact it's the opposite and the EN side has always been overwhelmingly larger. It's why Henya only occasionally JP collabs, while Nagi has a lot to gain from improving her English and English collabing. She even has a chat full of bilinguals who teach her any English words she wants to know, and gets lots of viewers and donos when she streams at EN friendly times.
