>>83162850I watched Niji from Lazulight's debut all the way to Pomu's graduation. Luxiem and to a lesser extent Ethyria were definitely the downfall of the branch. Things just became too different, too disingenuous. It's like they started constantly fishing for "content" instead of just having fun streaming. Every collab was just an excuse to bait clips, and every solo stream could become a collab without warning if one of the males showed up in chat.
It's like the Nijis completely took their audience for granted. Hololive already has no respect for their audience in a very "corporate" way but Niji did it in a very cliquey and exclusionary way like OTV or those other Twitch normie cliques. Like you were just watching a friend group rather than people whose job it is to entertain you. Everything they did on stream was lower in priority than whatever was going on in their private discord. Everything their fans asked for took a backseat to showing off for their "friends" in the company. It got to the point I was sticking with Pomu because she was the last person in the company that still respected her fans and loved them as friends instead of viewing them as spectators for her life.
Anyway at this point I'm happy how things turned out.
>Pomu is free>Selen is free>Nina is thriving where she can be herself instead of fitting into a clique>Rosemi is on her way out>Males self-destructed completely on their own lmao
