Negative comments really hurt her, hates her own voice and very rarely ever sings seriously on stream, feels bad about being too nervous to meet people in real life, scared of being forgotten and sometimes feels imposter syndrome from being as successful as she is. She's gotten somewhat better over the years, but mostly because she's in a very positive environment. Being involved in any real drama or controversy again could shatter her.
