I think that because Rin is a frosty asexual pile of teabags she exists to divert attention from what the other members are doing and be a "front" to make the company look "transparent and professional" and I think the public firing of Riro like this was just htem trying to get more people to buy that lie.
Outside of Rin, every other idol vtuber is "problematic" to normies and that behavior is encouraged. I wish more people realized that.
