Overall it's good but the biggest problem I have is with the incorporation of calvary and artillery into ranger corps. The rangers sounds like more of a support unit that are attached to a legion during operations and would operate independently during peacetime. So ranger corps would more of an organizational/management unit than operational/field. Kinda like the flying corps of armies post WW1. I'll make a chain of command of the army too when you've finished with the government.
