That isn't to say that there's never anime characters drawn with 'racial figures' just that most anime(and by extension vtubers since there are black vtubers and OP has been spamming this shit forever) just don't really care enough most of the time, and when they do specify race details its not for race politics its just because they wanted to for that character design
