Looks are always interesting for saplings, and ever more-so for the space setting. It depends what kind of sapling you're looking for.
Younger saplings would be a lot more human looking, though the /uuu/ space colony is a huge plant-based hive-like structure with very little gravity, so bone-mass would be very low and limbs would be longer (theres lots of stuff you can google if you want specifics about the effects of growth in micro-grav).
For more mature saplings or elder saplings, they would've gone through varying stages of saplification (you can check the lore docs for that), so they would have more plant-like growths on their bodies, or even in some rarer cases, some animal mutations. For the space hive, some saplings would have evolved either large lungs, or air sacks for extended excursions outside the parts of the hive that have regulated breathable air.
