Since he likely signed a contract with SPWN with them gaining a percentage of vod sales I imagine he has a very tough decision to make pretty soon.
Either he buys out of the contract and puts the vod up for free or he sticks with the original plan and makes it PPV which would just be a massive slap in the face to the entire Phase fanbase. Especially with all the scuff that happened.
