She is stitched together using what appears to be parts from more than one body due to the different colors, she eats human food, has human intelligence, and a heartbeat. A Frankenstein Monster has all four of those things. Okay, I admit it can be explained away that a Zombie could receive parts from other bodies as receiving parts for repairs but that doesn't explain the rest.
