If it's you who terminates the contract you own us $60,000 (or $500 a month for the next 10 years).>Ok, we'll do it. I'm sure they must have some shit like this. Also expect Vox to be technically correct, except you'll have the above clause where you can leave whenever you want, you just have to pay an absurd amount in damages.
