it doesn't make fucking sense to have a "check" to see if including them is allowed or not, it's fucking ANYCOLOR's IP, they can
even reuse the fucking models and channels of graduated or even terminated livers if they want, the reason they don't do it is
because it would look bad to try and replace the VA of an existing character whom people like because of the VA's personality
more than anything else
it's such a braindead cockblocking check that they didn't even try to make public in the first place when they had to, it was speculated
that it could have been the reason behind the nonsensical action but was only confirmed months after this idiotic drama started even
though in their own fucking words on selen's termination announcement they could have provided context as to why it was privated
but they decided to not do it because fuck it, let's pressure the girl that just tried to kill herself to make a rational statement on twitter
