>>40168944My guy, we get less paid vacation days in the US. The average is 10 days in the US. Japan starts at 10 days and it goes up when you have more experience. Japan has this in law while in America its dependent on the employer, so you can get 0 days paid vacation in some jobs. The bigger issue in Japan is that people don't take their vacation days because of the work culture.
