It's because they are an American company.
JP girls under American companies have freedom to play any game they want without permission (according to US law), but that also means not a single JP company will be willing to sponsor them.
KSon got projects because of her Holo identity and the connections she made at the time. Those are HER connections, and it has never helped other VShojo JP members get promotions and shit from JP corpos.
And naturally, JP market is oversaturated as hell - and VShojo's trust factor is at an all time low because of their previous "TALENT FREEDOM" attempt at marketing themselves (once again, American line of thinking, flouts all over JP culture of mutual respect of each other's laws and shit).
