Senchou also is quite relateable for anyone in the cake age-range of the 90s. Her machine-gun talk is charismatic and fun to listen to, her passion for even the dumbest hobbies is genuine and draws people in regardless of gender.
Seriously, of all the things, her design is just the cherry on top. That design being cosplay and being followed by goth loli and swimsuit matches more or less the cycle of your stereotypical female cosplayer as well.
And we didn't even mention she's quite okay at Touhou while being a long-established fan. Or her talent for imitating voices / voice acting.
