She did make some "lore" that made Froog a distinct entity separate from Froot, but it's not really different enough to be considered a separate thing like dragon and cyborg Zen. It's just chibi Froot. The closest thing we could get to the dragon/cyborg equivalent for Froot would be to unironically also give Froot a dragon form, since she has an entire character design for living Froot that just hasn't ever been used for anything. But even then they're just 2 forms of the same character not distinct entities.
