If you're a Haachama World regular, you can place the nation yourself wherever you feel is appropriate and even write lore as the nation's representative. If not but you want to make reference to Haatons, I don't see why you can't make a vague, general, or obvious statement in-lore about a relation/connection to them even while the thread isn't up.
I suppose I should say for reference that heart spiders (picrel) aren't supposed to be Taranchama herself though I did suggest in lore about them that they may be her spawn. (also I left Taranchama's corporeal presence on Viti and general lore to any Haaton who would want to write about her since she plays a bigger role in Haachama's lore than to Mumei's)

Is this meteor threat one that's present in the tower dimension as well? I know Pioneers have a presence on that site as well.
