Several characters have "command grabs" that are regular moves, usually their special moves.

Diddy Kong, King K. Rool, and Ridley all have one you'll definitely annoy your little brother with, DK doesn't have a command grab but his regular grab is also good for griefing. Incineroar has an "off the ropes" running wrestling grab. There are more, I haven't played in ages.
