After doing so, I am somewhat confident in having found a match.
This is Yumenikki Cirus, an upcoming talent of Night Dreamin, the group Ouse and Lila belong to. While she has yet to debut properly, she did upload two live-action ASMR videos, one focusing on stocking/leg rubbing, and one on armpit rubbing. This is rather reminiscent of Irokoi Makura, which officially gradated from Connectopia just a week ago. Just doing the same type of videos wouldn't really be a confirmation, so I digged through several videos to find matching characteristics. The camera and microphone being used being different didn't make things easier. Both of them have a mole on their inner lower left arm. Cirus also has a mole behind her right shoulder, which I have yet to find on a video of Makura. In the recent armpit video of Cirus there appears to be some discoloring in her right armpit, but that just might be a result of shaving.
If I had more references of both I could probably give it a definitive call, but this does seem to have a high chance of being a match.
What would speak against this being her is the fact that she would be reincarnating that quickly, which does seem unusual. No voice samples of Cirus yet either, which would allow me to confirm my guess.
Debut stream is happening on the 7th, so if a cat goes off like a broken engine in the back during that stream, its definitely her.
