Then they started to properly structure it, Covid was over and they could come and go from Japan, more opportunities came in with sponsors and projects that included EN and the workload started increasing to what the JPs already deal with and also requires them to fly to Japan more often
Advent and Justice knew this going in and what it would be like, while for the old guard it's really an "adapt or die" situation
