Hourai has that issue with pretty much all his cards -- it's why I just stick with other cards for personal use. LDKI is close enough to mmd while keeping KKEYEs -- my solution was to mish-mash some card textures up to fix his matsuri (and destroy that horrible tan using a bodysuit, holy shit... It works best with the tan only). I think you could use it as a base for a KK festival.
