>>66349402>>66349714>>66349831To explain it for those that don't know, these aren't toggles that Mouse's orders the rigger/artist to make (only Pink Rock was), these are part of a configuration on VTuberStudio, but in order to make these you have to edit every single layer and change the color in based on the existing one, which can either be a full recolor or sometimes it reacts in not a similar way to the other one. Also, that each layer might be too complicated to change, there's artists/riggers that rig every single strand of hair or for example a certain body part, so what in Pink Rock could be let's say 34 layers, in Race Princess it can be 50, reason why she couldn't make the hair black.
tl;dr: it's a long process to change the color and make the toggle depending on the model and she's lazy
