How it works (for now):
- Every tick you are given up to 2 quests (will fill up if space available)
- Only 2 quest types are available
- Local trader: request and reward resources are pulled from what is available in your country
- Global trader: request and reward resources are pulled from the whole world.
More quest types and smarter reward and request will come in the future.
