All things considered Mysta dropped the news pretty lightly from hinting at graduating and making it obvious months in advance. I think this is the better way of going about it rather than ripping the bandaid, mystakes are sad now but it's news they were slowly anticipating.
I believe Mysta does care about his fans, he doesn't want to upset them too much so he drew a line in a sand to stop them from getting too attached, so when he announced his graduation it wouldn't be a huge gut punch. If he really hated all Mystakes he would've gone about it in a more manipulative way, baiting for fujobux and fucking off but he stayed rather honest the entire way and never misled his audience.
