Well, Evola wrote a lot on race and sex, so things get a lot simpler if we focus only on the magic and personal/political philosophy stuff. The good news is that in Evola's case, all his magic related stuff is basically occult sperging, in Selenism it can be straight up real magic, which gives you a lot of room to do fun stuff. As in, the spiritual virility can manifest in the Dragoons who have an Ego that makes itself divine (the essence of magical idealism). In the large strokes though, Evola moved pretty far from Futurism over his career.
If you want to get a bit of race stuff going, that can be interesting. Evola wasn't racist in a materialist sense, like nazis, but he was racist in a moral and spiritual sense, which is much more interesting. Following this line of thought, Dragoons would see other races as the source of this decadence and corruption you speak of.
