>>100551237I can actually (somewhat) answer that.
I've been spreadsheeting, like I said I would, and have analyzed up to New Years, not counting collabs. (Stopped there for now because I can't remember when exactly Biboo moved to the Bibox, I think it was in November after Thanksgiving though.)
When you take outliers into account (So, not including the times where she started at 6 AM, or the "Marathons" of New Years and Expo 4-5) Biboo appears to have been starting ~1 hour later on average.
>>100551340That being said, BST should still be used as PDT 16:00. The main reason that it is higher is because there is almost no way to lower it. Biboo doesn't start streams before BST, so any start after that isn't BST is going to raise it. This is why the outliers make it to where BST hasn't changed; they can actually lower the number with my system. If there were only positives, it would be far higher then when I remove them. The median, however, is still PDT 16:00.
Besides, BST is just shorthand for PDT 16:00 (Or, technically, just 4 PM in the US West. I checked and Daylight Savings didn't seem to have an effect on the times, although that could just be Holodex.) Just because the UK isn't the center of trade doesn't mean we should move mean time (That's what GMT is, Greenwich Mean Time) to China or the US. It means PDT 16:00, and will continue to be PDT 16:00.
Now to get all of the data for before.
