I just think that hiring someone that actually well versed in photo editing, and could therefore whip out thumbs in a fraction of the time with better results, isn't much to ask of a company that has been doing so well. At the same time though having the girls do it gives them a lot more freedom with their schedules since they'd have to communicate with the graphic designer their plans for the week, so there's pros and cons.
