The easiest way to go about it would be recording their movements individually into an animation file, creating a world in a VR medium (they used VRChat for the anniversary stream but there are others) that has their models, and playing those animations using those models to the songs. Could even override the camera view used to record with another one that has pre-animated movements for panning or long shots that are activated by a button press, and cheeky fade outs or a cut to black could be used after a song to switch back to their live selves.
There's multiple different corners they could cut and methods they could use depending on how worried they are about synced dances, but it's entirely feasible. It all depends on how much effort they're willing to put into learning Unity and Blender, or if they can find help in Cover or an outside source.
