Exactly! You understand =w= I can appreciate it as someone who's grinded on artistic projects... It's really a lot of work and honestly people don't know it till they try it, and most people don't take the first step so they don't know. Organizing a team is a lot of work, managing time, making sure everything lines up, waiting on paperwork and permits, filling out paperwork, dealing with people for hours on end (usually your team is cool and the problem is outside people), budgeting, pulling favors wherever you can, and striking whenever there's opportunities even if it can add to the crunch. It's a lot... But I seldom think it's not worth it. Even if reception may not have been what you wanted, or if you don't feel like you hit your goals with something, it's also still a learning experience then and something you take into future endeavors. Someone once told me nobody cares how hard you work (unsung heroes in production all the time), so I really do like hearing them talk about it, and appreciate them more for it, knowing how hard it can be. Like yesterday with Feesh, Ikey and Maririn, they mentioned it being over a year for everything to be pieced together for the cover... Having seen what it takes to produce an E.P. let alone an album since my friend is a musician (and I've helped him out as a roadie before), I really appreciate all the work the livers and staff put into the productions
