You can't equate gachikois and stalkers at all. Gachikoi are just people with celebrity crushes... that sometimes reach unhealthy extremes, but often do not. It just means "real love", at the end of the day.
But I have nearly thrown up with worry over Mysta several times in the past so take that as you wish.
