>>71284138>I wonder how viable would it be for a corporation to exists that specifically rotate talent on a five year basis.100% viable and is the common practice for any corporation, you just keep the key workers by paying them a little more or giving them fake titles or power, like most people working in a fast food franchise don't last longer than a year, there are some industries that don't even do that and just change everyone after a few years like IT, when people with more experience or older people actually are wanted less.
