I did it for an hour before I stopped because nobody joined at any point and I was already starting to feel like a deranged individual for talking to myself for so long. I also had nobody to bounce off while talking, so half of that hour was silent; looks like I can't keep the train rolling by myself, even with prepared topics.
It was probably my fault for starting with YouTube, since I doubt most people go there to look for streams, and I was streaming a fairly obscure game to begin with (at least for YT audiences). I'm gonna try again with Twitch in a couple of hours and see how things fare there.
Anyway, I'm here for more advice. Problem is... I don't even know what to ask. Maybe how to keep on yapping, but I've always been a listener, rather than a talker. I also ended up going "ummm..." "huhhhh..." a couple of times and it really pissed me off. Guess that's my question, how to stop myself from doing that without an awkward pause too.
