https://video.online-convert.com/convert-to-webmset the fps to 30, and depending on the length of the sourve video you may want to change the resolution so that is smaller and under the 4mb limit for the site. important to check the "disable audiotrack", because a muted webm still wouldnt be approved. you can create a webm with the audio as the audio sourec with catbox, as most of the soundposts in this thread do as well
