It's worse than cancer. At least with cancer, you still know what the fuck is going on around you. Dementia and Alzhimers is brutal, slow, painful (headaches) death. It's the worst punishment.
You turn into some vegetable; you can't talk normally anymore, your personality changes, you can't enjoy ANYTHING because you forget it anyways or fail to understand anything.
I'm the anon that said I'm gonna be a wizard next week, but if I EVER have children, I would tell them straight: If I have Alzhimers and I'm even remotely a vegetable mentally, just fucking kill me.
