theres a point where words and actions are no longer going to comfort or reassure someone and they just need to do some self esteem reps. best way to do that is to make sure your basic needs are met, go for a walk in the morning / evening, exercise, and do a bit of self improvement (studying for example) and/or creative activities every day and do something worth being proud of.
